The youth following the non-violence principles of Gandhi have created the momentum for Peace in places like Cairo and Tunisia; lets accelerate these changes globally by gathering the youth of the World in Berlin NOW.

The World Culture Festival aims to promote inter-cultural dialogue through the exchange of ideas, music, culture and fun. It is a platform for young people from around the world (from age 18-28) to express and showcase social entrepreneurship, innovative ideas and leadership on the issue of peace, intercultural harmony in diversity and peaceful change for the people and the planet.

Youth Conference--Change Through Peace

Youth are changing the world by using social media and promoting inter-connectedness, and a commitment to peaceful social change. To celebrate these accomplishments, the World Culture Festival is calling for the youth of the world to submit videos that showcase their non-violent projects related to social change (or click to submit application form).

The submissions will be posted to our online page allowing viewers to vote. The top voted videographers will be contacted and asked to present their work at the Youth Conference: "Youth in Action: Utilizing technology to advance human values in conflict regions", July 2nd, at the World Culture Festival.

Call of the Youth: Present the outcomes in front of 70,000 international crowd.

Are you a leader? How would you like to make a difference? We provide young leaders the opportunity to showcase their views with all the international participants at the World Culture Festival. On this historic day 2 July, 100 young people from around the world would be invited to the main stage for the grand celebration to share their hope and vision. Be a part of this unforgettable experience.

June 31st-July3rd you are invited to be a participant and contributor to a working group to identify and discuss urgent challenges in the global scenario, and define possible solutions. On the 31st you will have the first working session and break out groups to choose the topic and discuss your views/solutions. On the 1st of July, the second working session will be a presentation of your discussion/work in the form of a video, speech, powerpoint, skit, etc.. On the 2nd of July, the group will present their message to the main gathering.

This will provide for an opportunity to learn in an interactive session

This is an opportunity to network with young leaders from around the world

The results of the group will be presented by chosen member/s of the group in front of an expected crowd of over 70,000 from over 150 countries on Saturday July 2nd in the Olympic Stadium

Youth Idol: Submit your Videos

Call for Submission:

Do you have a message to share through your music or performance? If yes then Youth Idol is for you! All musicians, performers, artists, innovators and the like are invited to submit a video of their best work, ideas, and performances. An online forum will display the submissions and viewers will place their votes to decide who will be chosen as our top ten finalists. Those selected from the finalists will perform at the World Culture Festival and compete for the crowd’s vote.
