What Fairy Tales Do We Need?

Time for New Questions

Every single day we are witnessing such evidences of the world economic system collapse, as falling of currency quotations, bankruptcy of enterprises and termination of employment for the thousands of specialists who had been laid off. While some people worry about all that, the others do not really care. Such people are not bothered neither by consequences of the terrorist acts and technogenic catastrophes, nor by the earthquakes which happened somewhere else. Can they really be blamed for that, if they are burned out by their own worries for their future and stopped seeing that line where good wishes turn into evil?

The world is going deeper and deeper into the crisis, and not only into economical one. The politicians keep asking themselves "What can we do about the global warming...., about hunger and socio-political chaos which spreads little by little from one region of the planet to another?" And this is where we all agree. Everyone of us wants to know what is going to happen tomorrow, where the modern world is heading to, what is the purpose of the feelings, what is the worthy life like, what for we make this or that decision, and why we are so desperate in destruction?
In reality, answers to all those questions depend on what condition the truth is, and what is the mankind involved into nowadays.

We are all in the same boat

Any crisis brings the problems, but it also has the positive effects. The elimination of illusions, breaking the old settled habits wake up the people's minds, for whom career, money and high level of goods consumption became the only main purpose of life long time ago. There is a feeling in the air, that we all are going through the process of great renewals. It depends on the system of communications, which bonds today such different societal representatives as heads of the state and common people, how effectively, fast and painless will the process be.

Today the economical experts and politicians of many countries agree on one thing - neither economy, no politics, but the culture, culture of human relationships, new kinds of activities and life style is seen as the major source for the next level of the evolutionary progress.

There has never been a project like this one before.

We don't have the answers to all of the questions that the global crisis puts in front of us. However, they can be found, but only if they are included into all processes of creating the future. Yet, are there many mechanisms to there to solve this problem? Or, maybe, unordinary situation in creating the information exchange network which connects people separated from each other by long distances, asks to search for the unordinary decisions? The author of idea for socio-cultural "The Earth Globe" project thought exactly the same way.

Marin Angel was born in Bulgaria, where he spent 28 years of his life. In the beginning of the nineties, he immigrated to Finland. He is a jornalist and the author of a few books for children. When he lived in Finland, he spent a lot of time studying the Russian culture. In January 2008 he came to Russia to work. He is most interested in events that are already influencing a way that the world history is going to be developed by.

Finland was chosen to be a country where further development of the suggested project "The Earth Globe" will take place. Fantastic decorations of Finland nature will serve for unique and outstanding actions such as Lappic nature, a well-built hut under the Norther vault of heaven, flashing out with the thousands of lights. There will be a huge transparent model of the globe in one of the rooms with the glass walls. Once it's set, it's hollow. But people from all over the world will have to fill it up with the soil.

Fairy tales are necessary like the air we breathe.

When you look at this project, it seems nothing but a beautiful fairy tale. Yes, if they are fairy tales similar to Anderson's compositions or "Scarlet Sales" by Grin.

They have allegory of a life truth. We don't play the game called "Globe", we live in a world where every dream comes true.

The biggest loss people from all over the world have shared for the past few years is devaluation of the most important concepts. Such words as Motherland, Faith, Love have no longer the same meaning they used to possess. And sometimes it seems so hard to give them their real definitions back. It seems... Until we choose truth over fake, and for the first time in our lives we allow ourselves to do something different, something uncommon.

Why is it supposed to be Finland ?//??

There are so many things the politicians have no power to change.

In fact, the project with a sound name "The Globe Earth" appeals to a vulnerable human heart. This heart wants to regain the real values, it misses the kindness, that will never forget how essential it is to be grateful for the comfort of a "small" space. The suggested project is just as real as a human need for the real values. It gives us an opportunity to think it over again what is the most important for a human being? When being left alone with ourselves, we recall our childhood, our family: kind fairy tales our grandmom used to tell, and skillful and careful grandpa's hands. And we also think of those places where we grew up and got mature. It goes without saying, that ability to be sincere with your very self, ability to open your heart for the others protect us more, than the most powerful weapon. It's believed that love for one's Motherland should be someone's else concern not yours. Thousand of examples proove this belief wrong.

Culture supposed to be integrity
